I don't really know why people think that soda (or pop, or in some places just Coke, even if it's Dr. Pepper) is so unhealthy. A quick glance at the ingredients of can will reveal that the number one ingredient is the number one source of all life. Water. What's more healthy than that? Then if you delve a little deeper you will find that soda is actually one of those fancy health food store staples because it contains NATURAL flavors. All Pepsi Lime needs to do is make their can a nice earthy brown, put a big image of a fresh lime being soaked in water and write NATURAL Flavors in cursive letters across the top.
The problem with soda is all a matter of marketing.

Ha ha! I would have to agree. Becca once said that a nutritionist (or someone like that) told her if you're drinking juice instead of soda just because you think it's healthier, you might as well just drink soda because the sugar content in juice is no better than soda, you just lose the carbonation.
Yes!!
I drink diet, caffeine-free, so I'm not sure it's even water any more. But it's still SO GOOD.
